Construction was recently completed to bring recycled water to the Westwinds Golf Course. It is important the recycled water is conveyed to the golf course in a system that is completely separate from the drinking water system. To make sure the recycled water is separate, a set of purple pipes that are marked ‘recycled water’ were constructed over four miles from the VVWRA regional treatment plant to the Westwinds Golf Course. VVWRA does not currently have any recycled water pipelines or facilities under construction.
